March 1, 2023: Appeared in person successfully and landed with a landmark judgment wherein the original side of Sindh High Court at Karachi, under the provision of s.7 of Sindh Civil Court was challenged. In that decision, the High Court of Sindh at Karachi has directed the Province of Sindh to make amendments to section 7 and other related provisions of the Ordinance and has also called upon the Provincial Government to establish commercial courts in the province of Sindh.
