Anti-Money Laundering

June 18, 2022: Successfully defended, Federal Board of Revenue officers, from Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation-Inland Revenue, in one of the biggest challenges, at Sindh High Court at Karachi, wherein the one of the significant Private Limited Company in Pakistan is facing charges under the provisions of Anti-Money Laundering Act, 2010, and has challenged the vires of the said Act in Constitutional Petition.
